TensorFoundry is an Australian company (TensorFoundry Pty Ltd) committed to the highest standards of data protection. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR and other international privacy frameworks. But more importantly, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right - not just a legal obligation.
What We DON'T Collect

What We DO Collect

We use PostHog for cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics. This helps us understand how our website is performing without compromising your privacy.
- Page views (anonymised URLs, no personal data)

- Approximate geographic region (country-level only)
Important: PostHog does NOT collect IP addresses, does NOT use cookies, and does NOT track individual users. All data is aggregated and anonymised.
2. Contact Form Submissions
When you explicitly choose to contact us through our contact form or email, we collect:
- Name and email address (required to respond to you)
- Company name (optional, helps us understand your context)
- Message content (the information you choose to share)
- Stored securely using industry-standard encryption
- Only accessible by authorized TensorFoundry team members
- Never shared with third parties
- Deleted upon request or after resolution of your inquiry
3. Product Updates & Beta Programs (Opt-In Only)
If you explicitly opt in to receive product updates or join our beta programs, we collect:
- Email address (to send you the updates you requested)
- Name (optional, for personalisation)

- We NEVER automatically subscribe you to mailing lists

How to Exercise Your Rights
Simply email us at legal@tensorfoundry.io with your request. We'll respond within 48 hours and complete most requests within 30 days.
No ID verification hassles: Since we collect minimal data, exercising your rights is straightforward. We won't ask for excessive documentation unless absolutely necessary to prevent fraud.
International Data Transfers
TensorFoundry is based in Australia and our servers are located in Australia and other jurisdictions with strong privacy protections. If you access our website from outside Australia:
- EU/EEA Users: We comply with GDPR requirements, including adequate safeguards for data transfers outside the EEA.
- US Users: While we don't participate in Privacy Shield (it's defunct), we apply equivalent privacy protections to all users regardless of location.
- Other Jurisdictions: We respect local privacy laws and apply the strictest applicable standard (usually GDPR or Australian Privacy Act).
Children's Privacy
